Are you going to rent or sell your home? You need a current Pool Safety Certificate to do either of these.
Pool Safety Certificates are current for 2 years and need to re-newed after that time if the house is being rented or going up for sale. IHBI is licensed to carry out the Safety Inspection and can issue the certificate on the day of inspection.
Being a licensed builder Mark is legally allowed to carry out any repairs that may be required. Alternately he can advise on the solution to be completed by the homeowner.
